Out service guy, Terron was very knowledgeable and efficient. He listened to what I was trying to explain (female version) with what was going on with my vehicle and understood right away. He updated me throughout the whole process. Made it painless. Wonderful team there!

We ussually get great service from here. But this time we felt rushed and unappreciated. The service itself was good but the attitude of the employee was not good. We had a rodent issue and come to find out it was covered by insurance. The service guy said they never really dealt with that before. Which is fine but dont try to rush payment when we all know insurance has there own process they have to do for approval and release of the payment. They gave us a loaner car which was great but dont call us as soon as the work is done and tell me I only have till 9am the next morning to get your car back and pay. They always give us a loaner car and have never done this before. Maybe the service guy was having a bad day but dont take it out on the customer.
