Terrible customer service. Have tried 3 different sales reps and the only one who was conscientious quit. The other two were nothing short of awful. The most recent presented as entitled and rushed and screwed the whole order up. Highly recommend using a more mature clothier.

Highly recommend working with Nicole she is amazing at her job! Been looking for shoes/boots for a while she found the perfect style and color Ive been looking for. Even went above and beyond and had them ordered to the store in person so she can make sure the size was perfect for me before shipping them to me and noticed an imperfection in the shoe and had them replaced before shipping to me. 10/10 hospitality and professionalism.
