Outstanding experience with Mid-Valley Chimney. Fast response to request for quote and chimney repair. In the process, they found some significant deficiencies and possible hazards which were then repaired in a follow-up call. Employees in the field and home office were polite and helpful making it a pleasure to do business with them.

Came out for annual service. Igniter needed replaced. Even after manufacturer delays in obtaining the needed parts, Mid-Valley chimney was diligent in following through and taking care of our gas fireplace. We cant say enough about their professionalism, diligence, knowledge, and kindness. Thank you Colton, Matt, and team!!

My husband and I couldn't figure out why our fireplace stopped working. Coleton and Cole H instantly figured it out. They were on time, quick to fix the issue, very nice, and explained to me so I understood what happened. They put everything back in place and kept everything clean! Highly recommend.
