I stayed in the timeshare condos that is managed by Minerals. Great view just expect a steep climb in your vehicle and possibility a many steps getting into the unit depending on the unit issued. Any issues found were handled by resort management quickly. I would stay here again. Attached are photos of the stay and a lot better than the dated photos from years ago I found elsewhere, looking at those old photos I almost didn't book the vacation. The gym is awesome for any person that works out they have everything needed. From the condos it is a ride down the hill to the gym but worth it.

Great experience all around! Entire staff is extremely kind and very helpful! Spa and facilities are breathtaking! I enjoy the membership of spa facilities daily. My son has training sessions with the sports director Michael Tartaglione. He’s 2nd to NOONE!! I am very grateful to the time Mike spends working with my son! It’s always a wonderful experience the moment we enter the facility. Thank you Minerals!!

I was warned about the customer service and hidden fees but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt…. Big mistake. So if you read this consider yourself warned.
They will keep you on hold, not answer your questions directly, and put it off until you leave stating “not to worry it’s all taken care of”.
After booking over the phone, I was charged for the activity package after I called back repeatedly to state I did not want the package price and only wanted basic room price. I re-iterated it again twice at check-in to two different people at reception and They said “as long as you don’t use/do any of the activities during your stay it’s not a problem and is sorted out at check-out”. Well guess what? At check-out I was charged the full package price and then it’s my fault that I didn’t “take advantage of the good deal”. They asked “did you not receive any of the activity vouchers for the package deal?” NO, because I’m paying for BASIC ROOM PRICE. They told me not to worry because the manager will call me after and sort it all out.
It’s been a week trying to call and explain my case with the manager but talking to the manager is even worse and just leaves you more frustrated because they will not admit to anything and try to convince you that the mistake is on you.
So, the bottom line after this whole ordeal was 1). that it’s my own fault for not being clear while booking and then 2). for not using the activities included in the package price.
I will not be returning here again and am warning others as well. It’s one thing to have a misunderstanding and have it fixed but what took it to the next level is being lied to and then accused that it’s my fault. They should’ve told me in the beginning they could not give me a basic room price if that were the case.
Such a disappointment and waste.
