Overcharged for plumbing work that still is not right. Was charged a fortune for a hot water heater that another plumber would have done for $500 less. Told me I needed my whole house replumbed, to the tune of $4300. Another plumber fixed the problem that was caused by SOMEONE putting a plastic bag in my pipe, to block it, for $325.
Look for another plumber. I feel that they tried to take advantage of me because my husband had just died.

I was placed on a “wait list” and it took two weeks for a service technician to get assigned to my job. If you are a maintenance customer , I’m told those customers go to top of the waiting list. This is my 4th time using this company in the last 24 month’s. According to the office, this is their busiest time of the year and they have their technicians working 10 hour days plus Saturdays.
Once the technician arrived, he was able to figure out the problem and install a new thermostat in about three hours time. Very friendly technician.
