Let me begin by saying that the service was all that and more, the service tech was even more, exceptionally knowledgeable, courteous and repented the brand to detail with a great deal of pride like if he was its own company.Marcie at the office well southern charm delivery from the perspective of the customer service and entering our request & expediting the call. Truly someone to keep on top of your list for your heating and cooling needs. Oh did I fail to mentioned reasonably priced. GREAT Job,  F S M you are on my speed dial now. Thank You

Good folks!  About 8 years ago the put HVAC in an addition to my home.  Last week the thermostat died.  I took it to them today.  FOR NO CHARGE, they rummaged around, found a matching old thermostat which match the existing wiring, programmed it, and gave it to me.  I plugged it in and it worked.  They saved me $62 for a new thermostat and what I estimate would be a $75 service call,  [I live 20 miles up in the mountains].  You need to realize that they also gave up the sale of a $62 thermostat and a $75 service call.  Not only that, the same guy that came to my house 8 years ago to design the system there and remembered.  I put $150 in my pocket today simply because of the good will of these people.

We have called this business 7 times, trying to get an estimate. The workers were off during hunting season, and still have not called us. Guess they don't need any money, so they don't need the work.
