Great friendly service. The installers vacuumed all of the loose carpet fibers up and even on frist floor where some of the debris landed from open hallway above.

Flooring America installed a runner on my main stairwell. They did an unbelievable job! Price was exactly what was quoted and they definitely have the best prices when I compared them to the other companies. The quality of the rug is amazing, the pad is soft underneath, and the installation was done quickly and professionally.
I will only use this company going forward for any floors or rugs I need installed!!!!

Great experience from start to finish! Wonderful selection of flooring options, best we'd seen anywhere. Great service, friendly knowledgeable CS agents in the Natick store, able to handle a big 'computer glitch' during the paperwork phase, with grace & competence. Booking the floor replacement was quick, within a very reasonable timeframe. Gary, their Flooring installer has many years of experience, which was immediately apparent. He arrived on time for our assessment, knew exactly how to plan the job, executed every step of the work with efficient professional skill, ALL done taking into consideration our need to access various rooms, ie bathroom. He told us what to expect, what he was doing & exactly what we needed to do to prepare for installation day(s). He & his assistant were real pros, totally respectful of property & sensitive to our needs every step of the way & their work was finished well within the estimated timeframe. The job was laying vinyl flooring for a large eat-in kitchen & long complicated hallway. It looks AWESOME! OH & price was reasonable, just about what we had anticipated. We were especially happy that this company offered interest-free financing!
