I have been going to bodyart for about 2 years now as my artists were working here until recently, and I'm satisfied not having to go back to bodyart for work again.
The owner had a habit of wandering around and starting unprofessional conversations with his artist as they were in the middle of working on clients, myself included. These ranged from hounding artists about his business practices and the possibility of their continued employment there, to petty gossip about other clients or artists. Not really the relaxing vibe I'm looking to be around while getting tattooed.
Also, sometimes there's a kid in there who rides around on a scooter, who almost/HAS bumped into artists while they are working. This happened a few times, and I'm glad some kid never ruined my tattoo mid appointment because they're treating the place like a playground.
Overall artists that come through here are great, front desk staff was great, parking is rough, and I'm happy to never have to go back to that shop.
