I was a pretty regular member of Fit Factory's Braintree location for a while (and it's a great gym), but I moved and ended up switching my membership to Foxboro. Unfortunately I felt like the difference was stark between the two locations! The machines at Foxboro were older, worn-out, and a bit more difficult to use, and there was less variety in dumbbell weights (I was hoping to see more half-pound increments). I barely ended up going and so I had to cancel my membership. I leave a positive review because the cancellation process was really smooth, and the staff were always kind to me whenever I went.

We're sorry to hear that our Foxboro location was not a great fit for you. The majority of the weight training equipment in both Braintree and Foxboro were recently replaced with new machines just a few months ago. However, we do understand that the layout at Foxboro is quite different than Braintree. Closed at 7pm after a snowstorm that didnt end up happening. Snow and rain until 4pm.. Management doesnt truly care about fitness if they agree to close at 7 instead of ten when there are clear skies. You should keep it open if the roads have been cleared and the weather reports were grossly wrong (you clearly decided the day before the storm to close at 7). Honestly lucky it didnt get a zero for the times I was told equipment would be replaced when it was simply be taken out.

Hi Mathew, thank you for your feedback! I understand your frustration and would like to apologize for the inconvenience. Like many other businesses, our team made the decision to close down early the day before the storm based on the forecast given for the safety of our staff and members. We notified all members of this via social media, app notification, and club signage on February 12th. Unfortunately, we could not predict that the storm was not going to be as bad as we were told, and at this point, we had already notified our members and staff. We are back open with normal hours today. Feel free to give us a call at the club if there is anything else we can assist with!
