Where do I start, the Law Offices of Fernando D. Vargas are nothing short of exceptional! They fought hard to get me a nice settlement for an accident I was in. Their communication is first class I was always updated and kept in the loop on my case and what steps I needed to do. The staff is extremely friendly and as well as Mr. Vargas who excels at what he does. If you are deciding whether or not to choose this law firm for their services I urge you to look no further, I recommend them to everyone who is in need of legal help no other firm comes close to their level!

Well I am glad to see so many people had good luck with Mr. Vargas , because I sure didn't, In fact I wasn't able to set up a consultation meeting or have an intake done by a paralegal or any of that. I called their office a few days ago to make an appt and the girl that answered the phone asked me what kind of case I was calling about, I told them a medical malpractice case. Then she asked me when it happened and I gave her that information. She puts me on hold, then comes back to the phone and says Mr. Vargas is on a phone call ( oldest excuse in the book) and he will call me back to let me know if he can help me or not. The call never came. She never took any details from me, or anything.They know nothing about the case, because they never asked me anything. I guess they really don't handle medical malpractice cases and just have it listed on their website to look good? I found the whole experience really unprofessional and am writing this review so people know that Mr. Vargas is obviously not taking any new clients and doesn't need your business. ???
