      image I ordered a dog leash in March. Multiple times I called to check on the status. The three times someone answered I was told each time the leash would be mailed in the next few days. In May I was sent an email saying status was changed to refund to my credit card. Only I didn’t use a credit card, I used PayPal and I never was refunded anything. Either the owner is a liar and a thief or incompetent. Regardless I was ripped off. No product and no money returned.
