      image We pull into the drive thru about 10:40am . We sit there over a minute before I said hello. I got Give me a minute. No please. I wait another minute and I can take your order. No apology about the wait. I order 4 sausage biscuits and before I could continue my order I was cut off. Let me check if we got sausage biscuits. I got one. I apologize and thank them and pull on through and went to McDonalds.
      If I had arrived a couple of minutes before the end of breakfast I would have understood but there was no reason at this time to be out. At least give me the option to wait while you make some fresh.
      Poor customer service and not having what is on a video menu board is unacceptable.

      image Very very slow service. I ordered thru the mobile app to pick up inside. The Manager seems incapable of leading a team or even being a team member. It took over 20 minutes waiting to get my food. This location has poor management and needs training or it should close.

      image Manager called Police on me and 4 POLICE OFFICERS SHOWED UP!! At 12-1 pm Dining area was closed. I asked the manager for a her name and corporate number to discuss this. She Refused and told me to get out or she would call the Police. I once again requested information and she did call the police. 4 officers showed up. This place is a disgrace. Unbelievable. Im now showing my disgust on Facebook daily.

      image Both doors were locked on a Thursday around 5pm. Drive thru Line wrapped around the building. Not viable for online order pickup

      image I am very convinced that the employees here are probably playing a game of "let's see how many customer's we can rip off" because at this point, we never get food that we actually order. If you're out of food then say that, but they like to trick customers and take their order as if they have everything in stock only to give them the wrong food.
