These people are high costly in premiums .. I waa paying 237 a month.. Every time I went to the doctor .I always ended up with a bill but I was paying 237 a month....My medical bills gotten so high on me I couldn't afford to go see my Primary Care Physician anymore had to find another PCP... I cancelled my policy Oct 2021.. They need to be pulled from the Insurance list.. I was told that people were pressed for this insurance .. Not!!!.. Crooked Insurance so called company.. I really didn't want to give them no stars?..000000000

They literally will not cover a Dr visit to dermatologist AFTER WAITING 4 MONTHS because the doctor is located in a huge building in Winston-Salem , NC that has out patient service. This was a regular visit. AVOID this company! Insurance these days is the biggest racket.

This company is very slow to pay their claims if they pay at all!! My wife slipped and damaged her knee , they said it was not a accident so they wont pay the medical bills to repair her knee.

Barely covers any medical experience, could not even cover a flu shot .
