Those are just few pics that Quest Property Services consider as clean and inspected unit ready for move in!!! I could post many more pictures form counters tops to floors how dirty it was. They persistently lied that apartment was cleaned after previous tenet, but when asked about the cleaning proof they never could provide it. Sindy and QPS lied about the apartment condition and she avoided to show do unit prior to signing lease. Very disappointed with Quest Property Service management and highly DO NOT recommend them!!! (not sure why review allowing only my first pic and not the rest of the pictures)

If you need someone to manage that property for you call Quest. Dump the hassle of dealing with renters. Quest continues to perform and keep me outside of the day to day tribulations of my rental investments.

I was overal satisfied with renting a decent duplex in an ok area in south Fort Worth. I however did not appreciate the added $6k they added when my lease was up and I did not renew it and the only trash removal was a dustpanfull of dirt because my broom broke. The carpet and house cleaning was complete and all they had to do was roll 2 trashcans to the curb. Disappointing how people want a hard working single parents funds. NOT HAPPENING!! :-)
