Not sure what happened to this company. Ordered two machines and they were great. I've been in contact with another sales person and have been trying to complete an order for two more with no luck. Called and emailed about a dozen times. I have to give up.

Great at taking your money and never get back to you , no response to any calls or emails..... just a bunch of thieves!

The prices are fair, but customer/sales service is just horrible. Need your sales person to call you back? - forget it. Need your sales person to respond your email? - forget it. Need an urgent order to be delivered on time as promised? - forget it. Cause there will be no your phone number for the delivery company and the shipper (Ace & Reft. System), won't get back to delivery company to provide your number. So, there is a 3 hr drive from them to us. And we can't receive our order for 5 days now.
We are not a one-time buyer for them (we ordered 3 $1000+ freezers at different times), but we definitely won't use them again.

Once the deal is done (which in fairness was a reasonable price), it is extremely hard to reach them. They finally returned my call after 5 attempts.

I am giving IRS LLC 2 stars after my recent experiences. During my latest experience the only positive and the reason for 2 stars was Bryan. He was the point man in my delivery and did everything in his power to be on top of any and all changes or miscommunication in addition he made us feel content and at ease during the process. Any questions directed at Bryan was taken seriously and always researched as much as he could before answering with the correct info.
My experience immediately turned sour as soon as I was handed off to I believe a woman name Destiny, (possibly Chastity) who is supposed to efficiently manage the logistics of the delivery. As a customer and someone who works in customer service everyday of my life I was shocked and appalled at her approach to customer service. As a conscious customer I like to ask a lot of questions and make sure I know everything about what's going on ( time, date, rates, etc) Good luck trying to get the question out of your mouth when dealing with this woman. I was cut off every time I opened my mouth, if you said the sky was blue she would say it was green. I was trying to configure a time when I may have some guys available for my delivery and that didn't interfere w prep for dinner service. She continuously told me this was more impossible to find out than Nicholas Cage stealing the Decleration of Independence. I continued to ask questions that may be the solution to this and I was continuously cut off and then told it seems as if we as a company didn't want it our way it was no way. All I want is the correct information and help completing this as unfortunately I am not Supernan and cannot lift 300lb fridges by myself. After being the most frustrated I have ever been. I got so fed up I asked for the contact information for the actual delivery company and within 5 minutes they had a time frame and a scheduled call for when they were on the way to drop the equipment off. In 5 minutes I completed was told to me 10 minutes before to absolutely impossible. As a customer who has spent several thousand dollars with a company like this it is the most frustrating thing to continually be told you are wrong and be lied to about the answers to the questions you have. ...I would not recommend this company to anyone for the single fact you may have to deal with her and that has absolutely ruined my experience in this instance.
