I had some blue/amber led safety lights along with a light bar installed on my work truck by Al and his superb staff. The entire experience from the time I walked through the door to completion of the project was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and prompt! Several months after the install, I had a glitch in the system, so I contacted them and they had me to come in right away because safety is their #1 priority. Eastin took the time to personally troubleshoot the issue and had it resolved within 30 minutes. It was a huge relief to get a quick turn around and not have to wait a couple of days for the repair because the truck is my livelihood. Whether youre a big or small business, this is definitely the go-to place in DFW for safety/emergency needs and their customer service is top notch!
