Probably the worst customer service I have dealt with in a long time. Had an issue with the machine after I just bought it and after trying to return it to the store that was closer to me and told no since it will hurt "their numbers" I was finally able to get to the store that I bought it and was basically told to they didn't care since it was day 11 on their 10 day policy. They are a dying company with no outlook towards customer service and still based on the old models of commission and hard numbers. I was really disappointed that I am no stuck with a broken machine the was broken on purchase from them and they were 100 unwilling to help me out at all.
