May be too early to say, but the phone was answered immediately, Erin was friendly, professional, and knowledgable. The pricing was better then any other rental company and the paperwork and bill were set up and emailed within 5 minutes! Dumpster is due for delivery tomorrow. We shall see!

Very rude, Explained they are not cheaper than Waste Management. The woman I spoke with said she did not care. Well, as ops manager for the cities' cultural district. You will not be receiving our business!

Placed order for dumpster. Was told it would deliver by 9. Received confirmation it would deliver between 7 and 9. Called at 9, was told it would be there by noon. Called at noon, was told it would be there by 2. Called at 2:17 was told they were on the way and would be there in 30 min. Called at 3:40 and they told me they were at my location and he would call the driver and call me right back. It is now 15 min later. No one is here. No one called back. They tout that they don’t guarantee delivery. Of course they don’t send you those terms until after you are “confirmed” and they have already charged your credit card......plus they charged me for today though I don’t have a roll off to use. Just received a call. At 4:00 pm. It will be another hour before they get here
