CAUTION: Do not trust this Office Depot with your needs; They will not deliver in a professional or timely manner. I chose this Office Depot (Montgomery Plaza in Fort Worth) to print my signage on poster boards for a large event tonight that my company is putting on. They guaranteed the signs would be ready to pickup at 3 PM today as the event starts at 5:30 (which was already cutting it close). They called me at 12:30 today to inform me they were out of the foam poster boards and just cancelled my order (2 hours prior to my pickup and 5 hour prior to the event). They are completely unaware that their laziness, lack of communication & care for their customers has an harmful impact on many people around them.

I got to Fort Worth without my laptop charger and Zack was incredibly helpful in finding me a charger that would work. The customer service in this shop was great!

Do not come to this location, they lack costumer service and kept rushing us to get out because it was almost time to close. We were about to spend over 100 but decided to take over money else where.

Never going here again, I recommend another Office Depot. I usually go to the one on McCart .
This one had no idea how to do a print job.. they were rude and lacked compassion and understanding as if customers come by a mill a dozen, And we were a non factor.. never have I experience this at any other office Depot before.. won't ever return.
