Normally I receive good customer service from this location. However, lately the customer service has been POOR to say the least. They continue to reschedule my appointment (the day of my appointment) due to not having loaner vehicles, my invoices are typically incorrect (charging more than what the price should be) and my car has been damaged while in their care (which they are repairing it) just to name a few things. I expect more. I thought I was "getting the best or nothing." Ha! What a joke.

Service department consistently has attempted to take advantage of my younger daughter when she takes her car for service. "Recommended services" that are well ahead of scheduled maintenance, charging +50% higher than full MSRP on parts, and generally unprofessional. Recommend other MD dealers in the area. This has happened on more than one occasion, and we no longer will do business. I never received this treatment when I service my AMG, but for some reason they feel the need to take advantage of my daughter.
