Received the foundation warranty from the previous owner when I bought my current home. We noticed some issues with shifting and had Michael come out to inspect. After taking measurements, 2 years after the last work was done, the house is within tolerance and their piers are holding up. He explained how the Texas soil and weather can fluctuate and affect the rise and fall of the house. Thankful for Michael coming out and reassuring my worries. He also gave me recommendations for cosmetic repair, French drains, and money saving advice.

Came out a measured 7 years later when we had some shifting. The part of the house where we had piers was solid. Only movement was on the other end. Very professinal.
