I, unfortunately, was recommended here by my children's pediatric dentist since they didn't provide orthodontic services and B&F were in network for my insurance. I've yet to have a single decent experience. I don't even expect amazing customer service but at least a decent interaction. You can see the attitude in the receptionists face, it's almost a snarl. They constantly cut me off and talk over me in a very condescending manner. If the braces weren't already on my child's teeth, I'd definitely take my service elsewhere. I continued with the treatment thinking perhaps they were having a bad day but NOPE, it's just their personality. For as expensive as these braces are, you'd think the office made enough to at least provide a training related to providing basic customer service.
