I have used Greg twice for two different bonds. The first I paid extra for a quick turn around (additional five hundred dollars on top of the bond) and it was handled wonderfully and professionally. The second bond was not so smooth and has been an ongoing issue. I paid for the bond and he released the inmate. He later stated that I had not paid the bond. Which I had. To my knowledge no bondsman would bond an individual out without prior payment or signed payment arrangement. Greg has always been polite when speaking to me and I understand that we both see this two different ways but the fact remains that posting a bond without payment isn’t something that should be done and is not something I would feel comfortable with. I would rather pay up front and extra even to make sure I get the desired results. I hope that the company can find out where the payment went wrong as I don’t intend to pay twice for a bond which I believe should be removed anyway. All that said I love the way Greg handled the first bond even though the extra half a grand was a bit excessive however I had offered it. The second one has been a thorn in what I believe is probably both of our sides.
