Got to meet the manager Cassy she was very patient and polite to my babymomma she had such a smile it made us so comfortable and welcome to the store she was absolutely the nicest person me and her met thanks again Cassy you deserve it great job

I got to meet the manager Cassie she is very sweet and is so lovable and easy to talk to she def deserves to be there! Super patient, kind and always willing to chat!!always says hi!!! And Id go back just to say hi or chit chat with her love her personality and shes so beautiful the atmosphere was calm and quiet and as well food was hot and everything they did have old fries but asked for it to be replaced and they did as I couldnt eat that hard fries and anything forgotten was given that we mentioned :)

One of the longest waits I've ever had at a fast food restaurant nearing an hour before I received my cold disgusting chicken. Never returning.

Every time I come here its always been a great environment. I'm a regular and I've noticed a new employee at this location. While i was ordering, he kept catching an attitude with me. I was in the lobby waiting for my food and I hear this man yelling at these kids saying he's going to, "crack down on everyone" and "he's not afraid to fire everyone until he gets this store in check." and as a regular i can confirm, the only people who have shown me above and beyond service, are the ones who he was berating.
I caught his name from an employee and his name is Matt.
Overall, my experience as of recently has been nothing short of uncomfortable. I feel sorry for these employees that he's gonna "crack down on".
Disgusting.
