def agree with others that staff is lazy, have tried online ordering 3x's over past yr... either its not ready and i wait another 30-45 min (on top of commute from dc/arlington) or they don't even realize there's an order and they give excuse that they can't make until you SHOW UP to pick up so you still have to wait. No point in having a pick up time, its never ready at that time.

I called there 2 days ago, and no one picked up he phone. This was 7 pm! Ive lived in this area for years and the service has always been bad.

They never pick up. Staff there gets upset they have to work. They would never answer when I called so I drove there to order.... it was 7 pm and they were looking at the clock as if they are ready to leave... they did not want to take my order. Cashier and staff in the back were too busy talking about something else. The phone rang and they didn't want to pick up. Once they answered they told thr customer to hold and she placed the phone back and went back to looking at her nails and her phone. I placed my order.. finally.. and they still had the other person on hold and they called back.. once again she placed them on hold for no reason and stood there watching her phone. I don't know why these fools even work there if they don't want to be there. With the way they act it appears thay they don't need there job. I don't know how they make money.

this pizza hut service can have it's days but they take way to long to deliver but the employes are so slow and this is why ledos is way better pizza
