Such compassionate love and understanding when making arrangements and during services. Everybody there has been extremely great. Easy to work with, very professional, very clean, and very understanding. Would recommend them any day over any funeral home.

Hands down the best and easiest funeral experience we have ever had. It was the first time we had to arrange a funeral and Phillip and staff went above and beyond for us. They made this hard situation such a pleasant experience. Every issue we ran into they gladly helped us figure it out and lead us down many avenues to make everything perfect and our vision of the service possible. I HIGHLY recommend not only were the staff amazing the place is gorgeous. Very affordable prices and they dont try to sell you on anything! Very knowledgeable and even gave us options we would do ourselves if we couldnt afford the other packages they offered. I was able to reach Phillip all day everyday with any and all questions I had. We made several adjustments and he happily adjusted and made them happen immediately. If your looking for a place who has values and is trustworthy in helping you make your decisions this place is it! Thanks again to everyone else on the staff you all went over and beyond for the Carrell Family! We will always remember the celebration of life service your provided.

I want to start by saying thank you to Phillip. My cousin recently passed and we live in Ga. When we came down to make arrangements he is the FIRST to invite me IN PERSON. He was caring and so kind. He made this process very easy especially with us being out of state planning. I will recommend this funeral home over and over again. Al the clergy was amazing as well as the rest of the staff! Thank you again.

I just would like to mention how much I appreciate Emerald Coast Funeral Home, especially Jeffrey and Taylor for their services.
My son 17 year old son Anthony had passed away 4-4-2023 while on Spring Break in Destin.
Jeffrey is very professional and his compassion is unmatched, I felt very comfortable working with him.
When I first entered the funeral home I was impressed with the inside and outside of the home, it is very clean and beautiful..the perfect place for my beloved son. I knew that my Anthony was in good hands.
Taylor did a wonderful job preparing my son for our viewing. He is very talented and respectful.
During my time of grief and loss I was fortunate to have met such an amazing and caring group of people.
