Went in and ordered a dinner plate and I also went ahead and ordered an extra side for dine in...after getting my order I went to the counter to get a fork and was told we don't have any...I said that would of been nice to know when I ordered since I'm not eating it with my fingers..I ended up eating both of my sides with a knife...I sent a message to the complaint line thinking they may care but 24 hours later they obviously do not ....I would highly suggest not eating at the restaurant on grand ave

I came in here for a lunch order at 1145am and the lady treated me so rudely I will never come back here.

Got an 8 piece extra crispy meal. Chicken was disgusting. It wasn't extra crispy for starters. More like extra slimy and the breading was more so on the bottom of the bucket and not on the chicken. Threw up after eating one leg. Called and spoke with the manager the next day and she apologized and said just to bring in the receipt and the meal would be replaced.
Sent my brother down later that day with the receipt to get the replacement and they only gave him 2 breasts.
I called to talked to the manager and she had left. The shift manager that I spoke to said that the manager told him to just give him 2 chicken breasts. He kept saying that it was their policy to bring the food back and that it is posted both in the drive thru and in the restaurant. Neither of which I can see from my house but more importantly the manager said to just bring my receipt.
What I am supposed to do with 2 chicken breasts there are 3 of us.
