They confirmed the order and made sure that before my item was placed into production is was accurate. I’m very satisfied with my purchase! I ordered a mini pendent for my wife for our anniversary. Customer service was excellent! Susan answered all my questions and called me to confirm one last time the order was correct. Then Gary called and left me a voice mail when he was shipping it. It was packaged very well! I couldn’t be happier with the finally result! It is an exact copy of my badge that my wife wanted! I will definitely be referring other officers and their wives.

This company is amazing!! They really go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect!! The staff is very personable and they were so patient to take the extra time to answer all of my questions . Being that they are a small law enforcement family owned business they really understand how important their work is to their customers. I bought from another company years ago before I found them and was so disappointed with the piece of tin that I ended up with. They do amazing work and it is worth every bit of the price and the wait time! Don't waste your money going anywhere else!! If you want something that will be around forever and made with care and pride this is the company to go to!!! I'll be back to get the rest of my family pendants as well, and a ring soon enough!!!!

I bought a badge charm and it came out PERFECT! My fiance loved it!! I would definitely buy from them again if I needed another one! They were very attentive, even entered my email in with the tracking so I could get the tracking notifications. Great company!!!
