I can not say enough good things about my attorney, Mr Napurano. My mother in law and I were in a very bad car wreck that left us both with injuries and me with a total car. I suffered neck and back injuries. My elderly mother in law who had previously suffered a stroke had facial injuries and ptsd which left her scared to get in a car for months. When we found out the at fault driver was severely under insured, we knew we would need an attorney. I called McCutchen and Napurano. Best decision I could've made. Mr Napurano took all my anxiety and worries over medical bills off my shoulders so I could focus on getting well. He was very realistic regarding our outcome and promised nothing he knew he could not do for us. He guaranteed a flat fee with no hidden cost. Just knowing we had someone looking out for us side was such a relief. Whenever we had questions? He answered our or returned all calls promptly. I always felt he was on top of my case. We only wanted what was fair, and when the insurance balked at our proposal, he refused to back down. He was courteous, showed genuine interest, and always made me feel like I mattered. Great communicator, answered all of my questions when he could, and if he wasn't sure, he would find the answer and call me back. I would have NEVER made it thru this had it not been for him. I feel like it was a true blessing that he took me and my mother in law on for clients. I could never thank him enough for what he did for us.
