I work with National Seating & Mobility nearly every day, as a case manager for a home health company. I have consistently had incredible service. It's rare that I do not get an answer to my e-mail the same day. When I call, the reps are always very friendly and helpful. As far as I can tell, this company's employees work diligently to provide exceptional service to their customers. I only see one Google review here, and I could not allow the only review to be a 1-star complaint. I had to share my experience.

Horrible service, never have parts. Promise the chair back fixed and do not get it done and can't even tell you why or when it would get done! Choose another place as this one is a total zero. Can't pick NO stars so the get a one star review!
