My family friends are staying here because of a house fire that happened on Christmas night. This is actually the second hotel they have stayed in for over a month. They have had very bad experiences with the staff. Room service for housekeeping is atrocious to say the least. The tub in the bathroom is broken. They painted over rust spots in the tub. They have painted over mold in the bathroom. The beds are actually very nice. They are very comfortable. I will update more once they are home.
Rooms: Be aware of the tubs.
Food & drinks: Pappy Pizza is amazing. Recommend highly.

The room is fantastic. The staff is nice. The air conditioning is nice and cold. The breakfast is good, with eggs and biscuits and sausage gravy. They also have a bunch of hard boiled eggs.
Two bad things. The room smells like cigarettes.
The hotel is full of a "busload" of noisy jock little league dudes. "I. e, jock dudes will bang on your door and run away."

The room was in horrible shape and had roaches. When I asked if anything could be done to rectify the price I paid, I was told no. They would make sure the room got sprayed and I could call back next week and talk to the manager. That helps my stay none. I will post pictures and not return. I will make sure as many people as possible get my pictures so they do not have the same experience I did. Pictures will rotten wall by tub. Light sconce without cover and just one of the roaches. The worst was when I put leftover dinner in the fridge and went back later, opened the door and roaches fled the scene.
Noteworthy details: When I went to talk about my issues. I had to inform the front desk person she may need to finish her call she was on as this might take a few, I knew it was a wasted talk. I have stayed at hundreds of comfort Suites and never had this kind of service.

Service was great, breakfast was fine and free. My room was lovely but my king bed was very uncomfortable it made it hard to sleep, unfortunately. The tv is very large which is nice though too. Air conditioner worked well.
