I chose a porcelain tile floor for my kitchen. Unfortunately, there was a problem with this tile. After trying everything, my salesman, Jim Palmere, suggested we file a claim. The entire floor was replaced. The whole procedure took just about four months! Through all this, Jim was very patient and promised to make me a happy customer. Let me tell you that Wayne Wile Flooring and Jim did stand behind their products! I recommend them highly; you will not be disappointed.

After using Wayne Wiles Floorcovering for carpet and tile for 30 years, I can no longer recommend them. ENOUGH SAID!!

I recently purchased carpet for 3 rooms. I had the pleasure of working with my salesperson, Mike Esposito, who was very good at measuring and follow-up talks. Although the contractors could have been more professional, I felt Mike was patient and kind and took all of my concerns seriously. Overall I would recommend this company.

I would NOT do business with Wayne Wiles Floor Coverings or Hessler Floor Covering as the current owner has so little integrity. The entrance to Hessler Floor Covering in Naples, FL, has a very dangerous entrance where you have to step up to get in the entrance. I fell upon entering and landed on the floor after crashing into a wood display. I hit my head, arm and knee on my way to the ground. The owner would not even pay my out of pocket costs to have my head checked out at the emergency room. Don't do business with these companies. If you have to enter the Hessler Floor Covering store in Naples, FL be very careful!
As seen by their response, they have no integrity or ethics. Only one employee came out from the back of the store while I lay stunned on the floor. I gave that employee all my information, as he requested, to give his employer regarding the incident. They claim that employee did not report the incident and no longer worked for them and they could not get a hold of him. In another phone call, they told me the corporate office was reviewing the video tapes. I don't believe in a litigious society and I trust that businesses will behave ethically. I have learned a lesson about Hessler Floor Covering and its owner Wayne Wiles Floor Coverings.

I bought carpet for 3 bedrooms. The installer was very good, professional, did a nice job and left the area spotless. The business showroom is excellent and has great selection. My only comment is that I thought they could have done much better at helping us understand the properties and quality of the wide variety of products available it is mind-boggling to make an optimal decision. The lead guy is terrific.
Overall, I would recommend this company; lots to like there.
