From start to finish, working with Sentry during the rental application process was an absolute pleasure. From our initial conversation to the final approval, Roxanne demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, and a genuine willingness to assist in any way possible.
Navigating through rental applications can often be a cumbersome and lengthy process. However, Roxanne made it feel seamless. Her quick responses and clear instructions on the requirements, such as the lease agreement, background check fee, and the necessary documentation, were incredibly helpful. What stood out was her commitment to keeping us informed and ensuring everything was submitted correctly and on time.
When we hoped for a quicker approval to meet our desired move-in date, Roxanne went above and beyond to accommodate our request. Her effort to expedite the process did not go unnoticed and truly made a difference for us. It's rare to encounter someone so dedicated and empathetic to the rental/management process.
If you're considering a management company and looking at Sentry, I cannot recommend them and Roxanne enough. Her exemplary service has not only made this process enjoyable but has also set a new standard for what I expect from a management company. The residents of Pine Run are relieved to learn that our property manager, Lisa, is OK. There was growing concern among us due to 20 unanswered phone calls. While we are grateful for Lisa's well-being, we are disappointed with Sentry Management's lack of communication, which does not meet our expectations. It appears that a decline in standards is being accepted.

I have been working with Sentry Management since I started working for Gulf Coast Builders of SWFL, Inc. and they have been Amazing to work with. They respond quickly when I need an HOA Approval or have a question about something. The same property managers have been there for longer than other property management companies I have dealt with and I have dealt with A LOT of other property management companies who one day I will speak to one person and by the following week that person no longer works there. I always look forward to working with them and know that once I submit a request, it will get taken care of the right way! Valerie and Melanie are wonderful girls to work with! Thank you for all you do!!

Whenever we have contacted Sentry Management, Melanie Reyes or Kim Corradino have responded expeditiously with a positive attitude and helped resolve our concerns. An example is the recent need to get ARC Board Approval for our roof replacement due to hurricane damage. Melanie followed through to help us get it done ASAP. She was also diligent in keeping us informed of the progress until it was completed. We are GRATEFUL!
