This is a cozy and quite complex family and pet friendly. Very nice and respectful group of maintenance people and owner is always there to help and take care of any issue when needed. I definitely highly recommend the place.new management is excellent and the newly remodeled apartment are beautiful.

Our neighbors next door wake us up in the morning and they’re so loud walking back and forth it disturbs me and my wife who’s pregnant. The management has handled all of our problems in a timely manner. The structures of the buildings are a little older so the excessive noise from our neighbors is unbearable. Overall, if our neighbors weren’t so loud my rating would be better.

Windsor East Flats has become more of a home then just an apartment for my family.
Having moved at the beginning of the pandemic in March 2019 placed us in such disarray that when we found Haim with Windsor East Flats we were relieved to have been aligned with our home.
Haim has made us and our neighbors his extended family by making himself accountable to meet our needs through reliable maintenance that I have never experienced before.
Our apartments are built with accessibilities to meet the needs of all our neighbors regardless of impediments.
We live in a very safe and quiet neighborhood
located next to Saint Michaels Lutheran Church  and behind 21st century oncology offices.
Come and drive through our complex any time of day to see how quiet and safe our neighborhood is.
