I went on a trip to Memphis from June 26-July 1, 2023. To the driver Mr. Anthony Proctor, he was an exceptional driver. Very personable, accommodating and could handle the bus. He assisted us off and on the bus every day. Our group just loved him and his hospitality. He is outstanding!! He did stop every two hours so the group could use restrooms, stretch and get something to eat. Love him!!

This is the bottom of the barrel bus tour to Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard. We were booked into Best Western South in Carlisle,PA. Hot water shortage, no hair dryers, pool closed and empty, drywall dust layers in several rooms. Fire alarms at 6:30 am. Honestly it's a night mare! On the return trip from Cape Cod, we're forced to stay there again!! These concerns were given in writing to a Diamond Tour employee. The majority of traveling companions are declaring they will never book with Diamond Tours again

Just got back from a trip to Niagara Falls and Toronto. The trip was amazing, I'm so glad we went. This was a 7 day trip and 4 days of that was the bus ride up and back. Those were long days, however, we did stop every 1 1/2 to 2 hours to stretch and use the restrooms. For the money spent, this was an excellent value. I read a couple negative reviews regarding the food, but everywhere we ate was good. Thank you Ellen for putting this together.

Trip currently (June 2023) bus departure 6 HOURS LATE Was lied to numerous times that the bus due to depart at 8am would arrive at 11 it didnt; at 12 it didnt; at 1 it didnt. We left at 2.
THEN, the next day, we had to switch buses for reasons that werent clear and were repeatedly lied to again. The replacement bus was supposed to arrive at 12 it didnt; at 2 it didnt; it arrived at 4 noon being already hours later than the itinerary.
Not only were the buses late but they were extremely uncomfortable and the Wi-Fi didnt work.
Its understandable that snafus happen. But the dishonest communication about problems and the disregard of TEN HOURS of our time in total is unacceptable. There was a swimming pool at the hotel that we couldve enjoyed. Or, we couldve slept longer since we only got 4 hours sleep due to the 6-hour delay the first day.
I will not be patronizing Diamond Tours again.
