I have been working for this company coming up on a year! I love what I do. This company has been very good to my family and I. I have an awesome boss who is very compassionate and is always willing to work with you as long as youre doing your job. At time, it can be overwhelming, mostly on weekends, however not every job is perfect. As long as you have a great work ethic and your performing your job to the best of your abilitys there are no issues! It is a fair company to work for. You also have the opportunity to work from home and that is a wonderful thing!

WARNING!!! TERRIBLE COMPANY - Hidden Fees, over charging, and charging the account TWICE after cancelation.
They were hired in July to answer phones. After one weekend we suspended services. They had tons of hidden fees, worked hours did not add up, and we were concerned about their ability to manage our sales system.
We asked a sales rep to suspend our service until we identified what the problem was. They failed to suspend services and they charged us a base fee of 249 dollars for August without providing a single second of service. When we confronted them, they argued that we had not canceled service and ignoring all correspondence that showed we did. We clearly asked them again to cancel service, and now in September they snuck another charge in to our account.
We highly regret contracting their services.
