If I could leave negative stars, I would. This man told me via phone and text that he accepted my offer on a condo and would draw up the contract. When I arrived to sign in person, he was in the process of selling it to someone else!
Extremely shady - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Palm State Management: Greg Copeland
- Avoid doing business w/this man & company.
- Damage deposit was also to be used for utility bills w/remainder to be refunded.
- Almost 11 months after leaving, still outstanding balance owing & NO documentation provided.
- Refuses to communicate by e-mail & has hung up phone calls 3 times, refusing to discuss.
- BBB complaint available for review on their website: concluded "The business responded to the dispute but failed to make a good faith effort to resolve it."
