Salt of the Earth has been a Life Saver, during allergy season and these poor air quality times, I dont know how I would do without it. . I have asthma, allergies, and eczema....all of which are kept under control by my visits here instead of pharmaceuticals. I have been going to salt spas for many years and the quality of the salt treatments there is the best Ive encountered.
Between the smoke in the air and my wanting to keep my lungs healthy, especially now, Salt of the Earth has become my second home. The facility is immaculate, relaxing, and beautifully decorated. The staff are friendly, professional, and very accommodating. After only one visit a few months ago, I bought an unlimited membership, go almost every day, and have never regretted a moment of it.

Loved our experience here!!! The salt therapy room was very calming, relaxing, and made me fall asleep almost instantly. I feel completely refreshed, and feel like I can breath easier. Thank you Barb and Daria for making our experience very welcoming, safe, and relaxing. Definitely a place worth going! Highly recommend.

Our family started going to Salt of the Earth a year ago to boost our kids health related to asthma. Their lung function has improved (as documented by their respiratory specialist) and their symptoms have decreased both during allergy seasons and throughout the year.
I also spent 15 years with bad coughs that lasted for several weeks - any time I got a cold. I havent had any sort of cough since we started salt therapy and my colds have been much shorter and milder than in the past.
Additionally, I feel more content knowing that our family is taking action to boost our immune systems naturally (especially now) and protect ourselves from the smoke, pollution and bad air quality here on the Front Range.
Aside from all of this, we very much enjoy our time at Salt of the Earth. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Check it out!

Wonderful! Fantastic place to go to renew your respiratory system, especially with everything happening right now! I have been just twice and each time I come out feeling fantastic with a very clear mind! Not to mention staff is incredibly welcoming and kind. I would highly recommend for any and everyone!
