Went today 6/12/21 at 430pm and there was a sign that said closed until further notice. :( Was excited to try this place out but maybe next time

Excellent black sesame boba & caramel lattes! Love their baked goods & always delicious tiramisu. Love trying it all. Always fresh & yummy.

As a disclaimer, I've only been here one time, however, this one experience was enough to ensure there won't be a repeat.
For starters, they had a poor selection of pastries, which were all mislabeled anyway.
The one worker they had is too busy on the phone handling her personal business to help multiple customers waiting at the register for several minutes.
In fact, upon seeing the waiting customers, this employee not only continued her phone conversation, she moved to the back room where she'd be spared the inconvenience of looking at us.
Let me be clear, I understand that things take time, especially when one is working alone. My issue is not with slow service or busy employees. That is perfectly understandable. Ignoring and actively avoiding waiting customers in favor of your personal business is not.
I'm unsure if this is strictly an employee issue, or symptoms of a deeper business philosophy.
Regardless, behaving this way is particularly dangerous when you have the much more customer-friendly D4 Boutique Cafe right across the street. I highly recommend you follow my example and patronize their kinder, cuter, and cleaner establishment instead.
