I didn't get any medication change. They lost the meds I came in with. The facility is very old and you can only use a ten tops min. shower. Everyone practically uses the same 2 showers most of the time. I came out worse than I came in. This is more like a rehab not a mental health facility. The lunch hall smells and, I constantly threw up. I lost a lot of weight. Plus most people didn't attend group or care. They only wanted a cigarette break. The nurse who administrated medication was very rude. Go to Memorial regional in Hollywood. This place is horrible and a lot of people only go because they are homeless or a serial facility kind of person. Do not go here many arguments and disrespectfulthe staff and patients. I CAME OUT WORSE !!!!!

This place is horrible for mental care. I went to the ER and they promised I wouldn't have to pay. My insurance didn't cover the hospital because its out of network. My credit was ruined. Better facilities. This one is horrible for mental health.

This place saved my best friend! I couldnt get her in there for 3 days because she wouldn't go in she was scared. They called me personally for 2 days to check on her. Eya the girl who works in daytime is a sweetheart and Melvin overnight is an angel. Three placed looks small but it is not and its clean! They shouldn't get anything but 5 stars!

Had I known better at the time I would have sued for how badly I was treated. Unsanitary conditions (roaches, urine on the floor, peeling paint, torn furniture), verbal abuse from staff, aggression and fear of physical abuse from other patients, rude argumentative unqualified techs. The director restricted meals and most patients were hungry. Unclear direction, disinterested staff. I don’t believe my doctor ever looked me in the eyes. To bathe there was one working shower with a 60 minute window to accommodate 25 patients. While hospitalized, a technician told me that fairly recently due to negligence on their part, a man sliced his neck open very badly and nearly died. Not a place to feel safe and cared for. Not a place to collect yourself and heal.

This facility is the worst place to send any family member. They lie to the families and the patients. They take advantage of the mental health patients and trick them into signing forms like they volunteer services with them and hold them longer and longer than needed just to keep getting the insurance money. There is NO certified medical staff working there. No one checks to see what medications the patients need. NEGLECT AND ABUSE to the patients there. My husband is living testimony. There is a lawsuit being filed against them for INSURANCE FRAUD!! Please don't go here and take some of these reviews seriously especially if you love yourself or a love one! I wouldn't even rate this place 1 star. It isn't worthy of a star! More like negative points, but in order to comment, you have to give it a star!! 1,000 thumbs down for this place!
