Came in on a Saturday, with an unknown issue, fully expecting to not get my vehicle back until Monday but Michael Baldwin and the service team at Grieco Ford had my issue diagnosed and repaired in just a couple hours. Even with a partial crew there. Very impressed. I wasn't able to get to there to pay before the service center closed so Mike helped me out even further by letting me pay over phone and left my keys with the sales guys. Great service and communication. That's why i keep coming back!

I was so excited and proud to walk into this dealership and buy my first ever new to me car..Its a shame that dishonest people have to ruin a good thing. I walked in and within an hour had the ball rolling on my purchase. Quick and painless I only asked for one thing. The seal on the windshield to be fixed before I signed my papers. No big deal I was told. Quick as easy fix they said. Well that was nothing but a lie. A month later and a dozen phone calls in, I was finally told the truth. After being told time and time again that the part was ordered for 4 weeks straight I finally was told, only after being told for the third time by the service department that no order was placed. Although my sales associate assured me it was, it couldnt have been because the truth was it was recalled on a safety issue. That recall was issued January of 2024. I bought my car in March of 2024. So even though I asked about the obviously broken seal multiple times I was never told it couldnt be replaced yet because of a safety recall. So either you have a seriously immoral sales associate who lied through his teeth to make the sale, or a sales associate with zero knowledge of the product he is selling. I also wanted to finance with Ford so that I could start building a relationship with the company as i planned on keeping my vehicle choice in the Ford department for the foreseeable future and when it came time to sign the papers I was told the APR would be ridiculous to instead go with a third party. Im glad that the finance officer made the personal decision of what was in an out of my price range.
