I am undecided about the stars. In general it is a 4 star place and because of the age of the building , I dont give it a 5. Now, I am concerned about discrimination against people of a different National Origin, a protected housing class. In this particular topic it gets a 1 star in my opinion.
The President of the association says that there will be no discrimination but 2 members of the Board and the manager are adamant about applying the 700 credit requirement rule to foreigners legally moving to the USA what create a huge disadvantage for people of a different National Origin. Many Americans and Residents are able to have 700 credit (the ones that are not, they are not a protected class like young people) but no person from a different National Origin, a protected class moving to the USA is able to. This 700 credit rules applied in this unfair and cruel way to people of a different National Origin impacts negatively this population compare to the rest of the population . I invite everyone to write to the White House, Governor, and authorities to requests restrictions on condos application approvals that may violate USA laws and allow discrimination. If America had learn from its past history about discrimination, I would not be hearing They can move somewhere else.
