My contractor sent me to the showroom to select flooring and baseboards for my project. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a salesman named Tony. He asked questions about my project and then showed me different product types that fit my style. Tony spent over an hour with me and was extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Masters, and Tony, for floors and molding.

If you buy from this place dont. They have the worst service. Vivian as a manger has no skills nor attitude to be in this position. I will never buy there again. Surely lost my business.

What a joke this place is ridiculous. We came in Tuesday to look for flooring and out of 10 staff members not one person said good morning or even came from behind there desk to offer any assistance point you in the right direction or anything not a word. Just horrible!!!
