An amazing organization.They were,and still are,the major part of me successfully reintegrating back into the workforce.from day one all staff I've encountered have been helpful, friendly and encouraging. The orientation is well constructed, testing is thorough,the system they use on the computers are easy to navigate and the instructors are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.My case managers/supervisors are a GODsend.They genuinely want to see us succeed and pull out all the stops to ensure we do.Through their help with my resume and their connections in the community I was able to secure employment immediately. I am also enrolled and waiting to take my forklift certification class this month through OIC.HIGHLY recommended for those in need including local businesses and employers.
