Very difficult to make an appointment. You are put on hold only to get a voice mail. If you miss the call back you start all over again. Phone tag 100%. ( Four calls to make an appointment. Yes irritation also at 100%). Then was told in a rude way that we needed to answer our phone when she calls back. Two out of three were totally rude, and because of this, we will not be going or sending any family members here. Our first, initial experience years ago was wonderful, but unfortunately we cant say that now.

I left several messages for Dr Singh billing department. Nobody ever returns my call. Dr Singh your office staff is disgraceful. I just made a new appointment with a gastroenterologist across the street from you. Doctor, you are only as good as your staff. With so o many choices of doctors in the area, I will absolutely not put up with this incompetence from your office staff

Front desk staff lady was so rude to me, it's incredible. Wouldn't even give me her name. Thats how bad it is. Donna was nice but the other lady was very nasty. The sarcastic tone in her voice is very rude of her.

The doctor is great but as usual the office staff are a bunch of bananas they send this follow my health email and you have to play detective to figure out where it came from because there is no doctor listed and the staff does not tell you to expect this email.. then I call the office to confirm its from them and the woman gives me one word answers as if I was bothering her. I then proceed to sign up for this and you need an invitation code of course the staff never gave me one. Then you call again and of course the person you need to speak to is unavailable we and you have to play phone tag for this code. Doctors when you wonder why patients dont follow up with you this is the reason .
