Slow staff, even when there is no line. No greeting, acknowledgement, or mention of apology for inconvenience. Just wait patiently for your turn, even though you're parked at a meter.

Sherril Waugh is very unprofessional and not helpful , I’m trying to open an account she would not give me a temporary card or hard card she lied to me and told me I have to put $100 in my account in order to get a card and I stated I didn’t have $100 she still opened the acct but would not give me a card and she was just very rude she has the worst customer service ever!!!should not be working there
