I recently joined 9rounds and my experience thus far has been great. JP has guided me throughout all my workouts, and in a short amount of time I can see my body shaping up. whats better is I can accomplish more in 30 minutes, which is all it takes at 9rounds then in 45 minutes to an hour or more at any other gym.

I just recently joined 9round and I love it. JP has made this a top notch experience for me. Hes very attentive and motivating. Def go in the morning and workout with him!!

I am so grateful I came across 9Rounds! The type of workout I needed and for the right amount of minutes. 30 minutes is all you need, and the workout can be as intense as you'd like it to be. At my age it is not as easy to get in shape / in tone as when you are younger, and yet, in only two months I have noticed a considerable change. JP, my trainer, has been working out with me three times a week for two months and he has been instrumental in my change. I encourage everyone reading this post to try a class (1st class free), you'll be hooked. It's fun, it's fast and the best thing is that you are guided during the workout, unlike going to a gym where -unless you're a pro- you have to figure out what to do. It's a great atmosphere, very cool people, from the staff to everyone who trains there. Go for it!!
----------I am eternally grateful to have stumbled upon 9Rounds. The type of "gym" I was looking for. 30 minutes of exercises is all that is needed. The intensity will depend on the work you put into it and it is still a fairly strong exercise. JP is my trainer, and in just two months working 3 days a week I have seen a notable change (which at my age is not easy to achieve). If you are reading this comment, I suggest you take a class (the first one is free), you will be surprised. It's fun, it's fast, and the best thing is that you will always be guided with what you have to do and how you have to do it. It's a tremendous atmosphere, surrounded by beautiful people. Treat it!!
