I had a disappointing experience with this printing company. The print quality was subpar, and the customer service left much to be desired. I wouldn't recommend them based on my unsatisfactory encounter.

November 26th 2023. I ordered a size medium shirt with my logo. They did not trim the design for a professional look. In addition the medium shirt fits like a size large. I dislike the shirt size. I never heard of Port & Company cotton shirt company. I was told no refunds or revisions. Eventhough they knew the sizes ran bigger than normal. They buy these poor quality cotton shirts very cheap and charge customers $$. Also the customer service need much improvement. If you need something last minute and not professionally done. Purchase at your own RISK and don't complain later.

Let me start by saying that every review isn't always bad, most of the time we are angry and upset see we figure we want to write that person up although I did give a 1 star review because my shirt wasn't done properly but rather than me text the owner or person about my problem I did go on review 1st, the owner replied to my review and I went back to the place so they can fix the issue which he did, I should have done that first, and on top of that I ordered another shirt. Just want to say thank you to the owner in resolving my issue and for that you deserve a 5 star and I look forward to doing more business with you, thank you

I've been using them quite a while for menus and poster boards flyers.
I just text or email my order, and it's ready in a day or two.
Good quality and great service.
