Super unfortunate to be writing this review but after my 15 year experience with this office I would NOT recommend to anyone.
Dr. Quesada is a fine dentist but getting into see him has become nearly impossible. They have been my dentist since I was a child and I recently had a dental emergency to which they were so unhelpful has prolonged my recovery for weeks and has led to other issues.
Front desk staff is old, bitter, and unwilling to help. I was able to be seen by a random dentist when my own dentist my was unable to squeeze me in in a timely manner in an emergency situation. If you want quality care I would suggest going anywhere else. Again maybe its the scheduling people in the front unable to do their job but Im sure theres other offices that provide better customer care. Only concerned about money and payments.

I know it sounds weird, but I actually love going to the dentist just to see Dr. Quesada and his wonderful staff. I give him the highest recommendation possible.!!! Update to 4/20/2023: I just had a molar extraction from Dr. Quesada and a root canal from Dr. Hartman: pain free the next day on both procedures! This office is the model for how an office should be run: from the docs to the support staff they are the best!! 20 stars with love!!

After being with this office for well over 10 years. The lack of communication and and the lack of giving their loyal customers a call nor email is beyond me. That they rather feel Offended by how hurt and upset I am for them not ever responding back to my emails or Releasing my medical history. It's a shame that it has gone to this great length. That I would never recommend this office to no one. That they rather bill you and your insurance for no services.

The Best Dental Practice I have ever, Ever experienced in my life and Im over Fifty! They excel from the office to the dental work stations. I am completely devoted to this Dental Office, and the professional structure by which they all excel! And the kind and patient way in which they strive to make you comfortable!
