Booked a vehicle to be transported on 9/8. Talked to the dispatcher who said the vehicle would be picked up the end of that week and arrive early the next week. After the first arrival date had come, I called dispatch to get a status update and was told for the second time that it would be picked up the next day and arrive later that week. Today is 9/25 and we still have not received the vehicle. I called dispatch for the third time and was given the same answer. They never reached out to me to give me any updates when they didn't meet their own time frames. Completely unprofessional and I WOULD NOT recommend this company to anyone who values their time.
